We’ll start off by taking a close look at where you are today, and where you want to be in 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months from now.
I will work with you, and first show you, the seemingly innocent ways your negative narrative, your current belief system about yourself (& others) is holding you back in your life. We all do this. Often times, with minimal awareness.
We will then identify all the obstacles that come up for you when you think about your present self and, your future self.
From there, we will turn each perceived obstacle into an effective strategy to move you closer to who you want to be. Closer to the life you want to create for yourself.
